HONOLULU, HAWAII — Couples can begin their married life with a FJD$2000 wedding gift from Outrigger on the Lagoon • Fiji and enjoy their honeymoon in a luxurious Plantation Bure if they book their wedding between December 2014 and March 2015.

The resort is offering the gift as a FJD$2000 credit and the free accommodation upgrade from a Deluxe Ocean View room to a Plantation Bure to couples who book its Dream Wedding Package from December 1-22  this year and January 10 – March 31 in 2015.

The Bure upgrade applies to the four nights of the Dream Wedding Package and additional nights can be purchased. The FJD$2000 credit can be used at the resort’s award-winning Bebe Spa Sanctuary, restaurants and bars and for activities such as the golf driving range and fire walking shows.

The resort offers a choice of wedding ceremony locations such as beach front, tropical garden and the idyllic Bure ni Loloma, Fijian for “house of love,” sitting high above the resort on Lamolagi Hill.

The Bure ni Loloma wedding chapel boasts breathtaking views across the resort’s reef fringed lagoon and beyond to the broad sweep of the Pacific Ocean, a setting that captures the beauty of the South Seas and is a fitting backdrop to the exchange of life-long vows of love, respect and fidelity.

Couples who choose a beach-front setting will walk along an avenue of palms and be wed to the distant sound of surf breaking on the reef.

Those who opt for a garden ceremony will become man and wife amidst lush, tropical foliage planted to represent the traditional layout of a local village, sealing the nuptial bond beside the stream which flows into the resort’s lily covered ponds.

Outrigger on the Lagoon • Fiji can also provide the services and expertise essential to ensure that a couple’s every wish and desire is fulfilled.

These include providing a personal wedding coordinator, marriage license, transfers to the Registry, a church minister or celebrant, photography, floral arrangement including bouquets and button hole flowers, its own Outrigger choir, a reception with Fijian feast, buffet dinner with a selection of wine and a wedding cake.
