New Outrigger Trading Company store offers unique souvenirs for Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort guests

CORAL COAST, FIJI – An exclusive collection of local and overseas merchandise is now available at Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort with the opening of the Outrigger Trading Company.

Outrigger Trading Company is a unique resort store that provides a curated collection of goods bearing the Outrigger logo and local products designed to commemorate a trip.

Inspired by the old-style general stores and trading posts where entire communities would barter local products for supplies and gather to exchange news, the store welcomes guests to mingle and chat about daily news and information about the resort and region.

Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort was chosen as the site for the first store in Fiji with further stores to be rolled out across the Outrigger portfolio of properties.

The range of merchandise includes polo shirts for men and women, T-shirts, souvenirs, accessories, kids’ wear, rugby jerseys, towels, exclusive bula shirts, sarongs, rashies, bags and toys.

Local products will also soon be featured and be selected using a vendor compliance program.

The Outrigger Trading Company store is located in the main lobby level and opens daily from 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Resort General Manager Peter Hopgood said the opening of the Outrigger Trading Company store reinforced Outrigger’s philosophy of blending local culture with world-class hospitality.
