Outrigger Hospitality Group Announces New Management Movers and Shakers in Waikiki

HONOLULU – Outrigger Hospitality Group appointed three new management positions at its Waikiki properties.
Carly Clement
Clement has been named resort manager at the company’s flagship Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property.
She joins Outrigger from Two Roads Hospitality in Olympic Valley, Calif., where she was director of rooms for Resort at Squaw Creek. Prior she held the same position at The Modern Honolulu and several management positions at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, including assistant director of housekeeping, front office manager, guest services manager and weddings and special events manager. Clement also held front office management positions with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., on Kauai and Oahu.
With a Bachelor of Arts in hospitality business management, Clement minored in international business and business administration at Washington State University and holds a CRDE (Certified Rooms Division Executive) certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
Vince Robinson
Robinson has been named hotel manager for the Outrigger managed Embassy Suites by Hilton™ Waikiki Beach Walk®, supporting the property general manager in leading all operational aspects of the property, including sales, host engagement, customer service, food and beverage and financial performance.
Robinson was recently assistant general manager rooms and prior, assistant general manager food and beverage at the Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa in Arizona. Familiar with Hawaii, he was director of food and beverage at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa as well as assistant director of food and beverage at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Robinson also held food and beverage management positions at the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador in Arizona and at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino and Pechanga Resort Casino in California.
A graduate of the University of Hawaii, Kauai campus, with an associate’s in liberal arts, Robinson also studied business administration at the University of San Diego.
Laverne Bisara
Bisara is the new director of revenue management at the Outrigger-managed Embassy Suites by Hilton™ Waikiki Beach Walk®, tasked with creating strategies to ensure maximum market share, revenue and occupancy growth for the property.
