Complementing the new healthy menu options are the popular ‘wake up and work out’ sessions designed by acclaimed health and fitness coach and regular columnist for Women’s Health and Fitness magazine, Nikki Fogden-Moore, of ‘Life’s a Gym.’

The invigorating wake up and work out sessions are offered complimentary to groups of 50* or more and comprise of a range of tailored sessions from yoga on the beach to customized exercise programs that can be done anywhere to boost metabolism, core strength and mental alertness.
