Outrigger Named Top Upscale Resort Brand by Medallia Report

HONOLULU, HAWAII – A recent report released by Medallia, a customer experience management company, ranks Outrigger Resorts at the top of the list for providing the best guest experience among upscale U.S. hotels. Outrigger led the ‘Upscale’ category with a positive score of 90 percent and was in good company with Park Hyatt topping the list in the ‘Luxury’ category and Omni Hotels & Resorts leading the ‘Upper Upscale’ category.

Information for the report was obtained from some of the world’s most visited and used travel and hospitality review sites, ranking 47 leading hotel brands across six different price tiers from April to June 2014.
