OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group appoints Crystall Ho as its new executive vice president and chief financial officer. She succeeds Avery Aoki, who will help to ensure a smooth transition for OUTRIGGER’s financial team before retiring after nearly 40 years with the company.
In her new role, Ho will serve as a key member of the executive team, providing financial leadership and supporting fact-based decision-making. She will be responsible for driving a broad range of strategic, financial and operational initiatives to further OUTRIGGER as a best-in-class revenue operator and assist in its mission to be the premier beach resort company in the world.
“Crystall’s strategic vision, financial acumen and leadership experience make her the perfect fit for our company as we continue to grow and innovate,” Jeff Wagoner, president and CEO of OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group, said in a statement.
Ho’s extensive experience includes managing full-cycle real estate development, asset management, and financial operations for both public and private companies. Her proficiency in policy development, business reengineering and stakeholder relationship building will be instrumental in driving the company’s specific business needs surrounding new acquisitions and property elevations.
