HONOLULU – OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group recently appointed Nathan Osterkamp as Area Director of Engineering and Sione Atuekaho as Director of Engineering at OUTRIGGER Kaua‘i Beach Resort & Spa.
Nathan Osterkamp has more than 15 years of leadership experience in engineering management specializing in large-scale operations within the luxury hospitality industry. Most recently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Atlantis Paradise Island, he successfully led a team of 120 professionals overseeing multimillion-dollar projects, energy conservation initiatives and complex infrastructure operations across the 685-acre resort. With a strong track record in optimizing facility performance, spearheading major renovations and implementing cost-saving sustainability programs, he is a strategic leader committed to efficiency, innovation and operational excellence.
In his new role, Osterkamp will provide functional leadership to enhance guest satisfaction and business performance across the OUTRIGGER Waikīkī portfolio, which includes the OUTRIGGER Reef Waikīkī Beach Resort, OUTRIGGER Waikīkī Beach Resort, OUTRIGGER Waikīkī Beachcomber Hotel and OUTRIGGER Waikīkī Paradise Hotel. Working with General Managers across all four properties, he will provide strategic insight to drive innovation, operational excellence and informed business decisions in engineering services.
Sione Atuekaho also has a proven track record in leadership, customer service and engineering. A graduate of Linfield University with a bachelor’s degree in business management, he has experience managing construction projects for Bowers + Kubota & overseeing civil projects for government agencies in Hawai‘i.
At OUTRIGGER Kaua‘i Beach Resort & Spa, Atuekaho will assist with strategic planning and support innovative and profitable opportunities to enhance engineering services while guiding property-specific development projects.
