Best Western The Plaza Hotel jets to new heights with $2.5 million renovation

WAIKIKI, HONOLULU, HAWAII – Outrigger Hotels and Resorts today announced the completion of its multimillion dollar renovation at Best Western The Plaza Hotel. The refresh, clocking in $2.5 million, includes a complete room upgrade of the 274 guest rooms on property.

The warm amber and terra cotta ambiance of the interior of the rooms, combined with the sleek furniture and in-room electronics, make for a truly reinvigorated property that will appeal to many guests. The rooms now boast stronger, more reliable WiFi for better connections, a new suite of HD channels available on in-room televisions, and extra outlets on the phone and lamps – all designed to increase ease, connectivity and overall guest experience.

Located half a mile from the Honolulu International Airport, Best Western The Plaza Hotel is convenient for both business and leisure travel. Signature features of the property include its pet-friendly accommodations, free Wi-Fi, swimming pool, fitness center, free shuttle service to the airport and its on-site restaurant, Plaza Café, which serves breakfast daily and dinner Friday-Monday.

Best Western The Plaza Hotel’s meeting and banquet facilities can now seat up to 170 and guests can earn Best Western Reward Points with qualifying stays.
