Crystall Ho Named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group

HONOLULU – OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Crystall Ho, CPA, MBA, as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 24, 2024. She succeeds Avery Aoki, who will help to ensure a smooth transition for OUTRIGGER’s financial team before retiring after nearly 40 years with the company.
In her new role, Ho will serve as a key member of the executive team, providing financial leadership and supporting fact-based decision-making. She will be responsible for driving a broad range of strategic, financial and operational initiatives to further OUTRIGGER as a best-in-class revenue operator and assist in its mission to be the premier beach resort company in the world.

Ho’s extensive experience includes managing full-cycle real estate development, asset management, and financial operations for both public and private companies. Her proficiency in policy development, business reengineering, and stakeholder relationship building will be instrumental in driving the company’s specific business needs surrounding new acquisitions and property elevations.
She holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Chaminade University of Honolulu and a BBA in Economics and Marketing from the University of Hawai’i. Crystall is an active Certified Public Accountant licensed by the California Board of Accountancy and a member of both the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Certified Management Accountants.
Her professional journey includes leadership roles at Chartres Lodging Group, Oceanwide Holdings, Chileno Bay Development and JMP Securities. Crystall’s community outreach efforts are equally impressive and include volunteering with the Foodbank, No Reservation Giving, San Francisco General Hospital Annual Community Giving, SPCA, Presidio Trust and Habitat for Humanity.
