Hawaii Vacation Condos by Outrigger Welcomes New Business Development Manager

HONOLULU — Outrigger Hospitality Group is pleased to announce that Becky Wehner has been named the brand’s inaugural Business Development Manager for Hawaii Vacation Condos by Outrigger. In this new role, she will be a champion for unit growth – further amplifying Outrigger’s competitive advantage and global scale – plus, enhancing service levels as the new owner liaison.

As Business Development Manager, Wehner is responsible for securing new condominium units and rental management agreements for all Hawaii Vacation Condos by Outrigger across the Aloha State aside from Honua Kai Resort and Spa, which has its own development team.

“Outrigger has 16 successful condo properties across Oahu, Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island; the decision to create a business development manager position is part of a larger strategic plan to amplify our resources in this market,” said Chris Riccardi, senior vice president of sales. “Throughout her extensive career in real estate and marketing, Becky has developed incredible relationships and has an impressive track record of recruitment strategies; we look forward to introducing her expertise to Outrigger.”

With more than 30 years of experience in real estate, marketing and property management, Wehner comes to Outrigger from Vacasa Hawaii. During her tenure with Vacasa Hawaii, Wehner executed business development recruiting initiatives and marketing strategies, ultimately earning her recognition as one of the company’s top sales producers in 2019. Wehner also worked with Hawaii-based companies including Marriott Vacation Club, Ritz-Carlton Management Company, Essex House Condominium Corporation, Kauai Tropical Properties Inc, Makana Resort Management Co. and more.
