Castaway Island, Fiji, Announces the Grand Opening of its New Water Park

The new water park is the standout feature of OUTRIGGER Resorts’ 2024 Elevate initiative. Guests will be treated to an assortment of attractions that include a trampoline, water slide, swing, tower and more. All of which are meticulously designed to provide joy and excitement to visitors of all ages.

A special ceremony attended by guests, including Taukei Nalotu and Tradtional Owner Ratu Joisaia Qauqau, marked the grand opening celebration.

“Today marks a truly special occasion for all of us here at Castaway Island, Fiji as we gather to celebrate the grand opening of our new Water Park,” Steven Andrews, General Manager of Castaway Island, Fiji, said.

“It gives me great pleasure to extend a warm welcome to our local Chief Ratu Joisaia Qauqau, the traditional landowners of Qalito Island and our valued representatives of the local community and traditional owners of the waters surrounding the Mamanuca Islands.
