Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort Chef Collects Another Award

Multiple award-winning Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort chef, Navneet Reddy, has added a further title to his long list of achievements by recently taking out the title of Culinary Master Chef 2019 in the competition held in Denarau (Nadi) earlier this month.

Chef Reddy took out the top prize by producing a Duo Style Quail dish that was complemented with sweet potato puree, baby vegetables, pickled fennel salad and double cream smoked goat cheese with a blood orange sherry vinaigrette. Read more here in Global Travel Media.
