Resurgence in Waikiki Led by Top Chefs

On July 14, chef /founder Peter Merriman opened Monkeypod Kitchen by Merriman at the OUTRIGGER Reef Waikiki Beach Resort, which marked completion of the resort’s $85 million renovation.
