At the Global Hotel Alliance CEO conference in Madrid, Jeff Wagoner, CEO, Outrigger Hospitality Group traveled the furthest distance – traveling all the way from Honolulu. He talks to Phil Blizzard about their resorts, based initially on Hawaiian culture and as they expanded across the world, how they embrace the culture of that location.
