Outrigger Announces Area Director of Front Services in Waikīkī

Juanito “Jao” Gacusan Jr. joined Outrigger Resorts & Hotels as area director front services for Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel and OHANA Waikiki East by Outrigger.

Gacusan will direct all phases of guest and host relations related to guest services operations.

Most recently guest services director at Kaimana Beach Hotel, before Kaimana, Gacusan managed a front office team of 75 at Ala Moana Hotel by Mantra and held the roles of front desk manager and front desk agent/rooms controller at The Modern Honolulu Hotel and restaurant manager at Ka‘anapali Ocean Resort Villas.

Active in Security Forces, Hawaii Air National Guard, for 8 years, Gacusan holds an associate degree in criminal justice from the University of Maryland Global Campus and speaks Tagalog and English.
