Outrigger Resorts means business with new Boardroom and Conference packages

WAIKIKI, HONOLULU, OAHU – From executive meetings to corporate receptions, Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort and Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort have launched new Boardroom and Conference packages that are anything but business as usual. Both resorts are located in the heart of Waikiki and offer indoor and outdoor meeting space geared to smaller, more intimate meeting requirements. With no two meetings alike, Outrigger can design a custom menu from on-site restaurants and provide the audiovisual equipment needed to ensure a smooth and unforgettable event. The new Boardroom and Conference packages are valid through Dec. 31, 2015.

Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort is located on the main thoroughfare of Kalakaua Avenue and offers prime Waikiki beach access and breathtaking views of Diamond Head. The resort is home to the legendary Duke’s Waikiki, Hula Grill and Chuck’s Steakhouse, each offering convenient oceanfront dining.
The resort’s Na Koa Boardroom is designed for executive meetings with custom support services and a convenient lobby location. The Kalakaua Room is just steps away offering 741 square feet of space. The Leahi Room offers 1,250 square feet that neatly divides into two similarly sized breakout rooms.
For something more unique, the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort has two exceptional oceanfront settings ideal for cocktail receptions or sunset dinners. Suite 123 offers a large lanai overlooking the beach and can be set up for receptions of up to 60 guests. The Alii Deck is literally steps to the sand and is the perfect setting for intimate evening events for up to 40 persons.
At $105 per person, the Boardroom Package includes room rental, a hot breakfast of local-style mini kahuna breakfast burritos, a tropical fruit platter and assorted pastries, a lunch of assorted wraps, salad and fresh baked cookies, plus two refreshment breaks.* The Boardroom Package can accommodate groups of 10-12 guests.
The Conference Package is inclusive of a hot breakfast buffet offering sweet bread French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon and local-style Portuguese sausage, fruit, yogurt and more, a gourmet lunch of ginger pear glazed chicken, lilikoi braised short ribs, or macadamia nut crusted mahi mahi, and a choice of one dessert including bread pudding, pineapple upside-down cake and crème brulee, plus two refreshment breaks at $120 per person.* Meeting attendees will receive Outrigger pens and pads, and complimentary use of Wi-Fi, podium, microphone and dropdown wall screen. The Conference Package can accommodate groups of 25 guests or more.

The Conference Package includes room rental, breakfast including pancakes, eggs, and bacon or ham, a gourmet lunch with a choice of grilled chicken with shiitake mushroom gravy, braised short ribs with red wine demi glaze, steamed mahi mahi served Asian-style or grilled assorted vegetable wrap, plus two refreshment breaks at $110 per person.* Meeting attendees will each receive Outrigger pens and pads, and complimentary use of Wi-Fi, podium, microphone and dropdown wall screen. The Conference Package can accommodate groups with a minimum of 25 guests.
