Outrigger Resorts names Edwin Torres director of food and beverage for Outrigger Guam Beach Resort

WAIKIKI, HONOLULU, HAWAII – Outrigger Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Edwin Torres as director of food and beverage for the Outrigger Guam Beach Resort.
In his role Torres is responsible for leading all food and beverage activities of the resort ensuring excellent guest service while collaborating with other managers in promoting the sale of food and beverage products and maintaining food costs, expenses and the profitability of the department.
Torres comes to Outrigger from Scrub Island Resort & Spa in the British Virgin Islands where he was food and beverage director. Prior he held food and beverage management positions in Alabama for the Renaissance Riverview Plaza, Renaissance Battle House Hotel & Spa and Marriott’s Grand Hotel, Golf Club and Spa.
