HONOLULU – OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group announced the appointment of Nathan Decker as Director of Group Sales, effective March 2, 2026.
Decker brings more than 20 years of hospitality sales experience to OUTRIGGER. His career includes leadership roles at Grand Wailea Maui | A Waldorf Astoria Resort, Auberge Resorts Collection, The St. Regis Princeville Resort and The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua. Most recently, he served as a global sourcing consultant for Pilina Global Events & Sourcing.
“With his extensive industry expertise and proven track record in driving group sales performance, Decker will play a key role in advancing OUTRIGGER’s strategic growth initiatives across North America and beyond,” said Sean Dee, Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer.
In his new role, Decker will focus on developing and pursuing new sales prospects while building strong client relationships in collaboration with OUTRIGGER’s properties and commercial business unit.
Decker holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon, Charles H. Lundquist College of Business.
