HONOLULU — OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group today announced the appointment of Brian Regula as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 21, 2026.
Regula brings more than 20 years of senior finance leadership across multi-property, multi-brand hospitality portfolios. He joins OUTRIGGER from Pyramid Global Hospitality, where he served as Senior Vice President of Finance Operations overseeing a portfolio of more than 130 hotels, with responsibility for balance sheet management and optimization across a complex portfolio.
His experience in Hawai’i runs deep, including roles as Vice President of Finance at Turtle Bay Resort and Director of Finance at The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Cipriani, an international luxury dining and hospitality group.
In his new role, Regula will lead financial strategy and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization, driving strategic, financial and operational initiatives that strengthen OUTRIGGER’s revenue performance.
