KONA — OUTRIGGER Kona Resort & Spa has strengthened its group sales team with the appointment of Cynthia Kimm and Nicole Tracy as Group Sales Managers, supporting the resort’s continued growth in the meetings, incentives, conferences and events (MICE) market.
Kimm joined the team July 6, while Tracy joined March 16. In their roles, both will focus on developing new group business, cultivating relationships with meeting planners and corporate clients and driving sales strategies across key mainland U.S. markets.

Nicole Tracy
Kimm joins OUTRIGGER with more than 20 years of hospitality sales experience, most recently serving as Senior Sales Manager at Marriott International’s Westin Westminster, where she managed group business across multiple markets. Her extensive background includes strategic account development, client relationship management and driving revenue growth through group sales initiatives.
Tracy most recently served as Senior Sales Manager at Hilton Austin Convention Center and previously held sales leadership positions at Horseshoe Bay Resort and Spa, Lakeway Resort and Spa and La Quinta of Lakeway in Texas, where she developed expertise in group sales, contract negotiations and multi-market account management.
