Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group Announces Casting Call for New Show Coming to Hawai‘i at OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel

HONOLULU, HAWAII Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group is now casting for singers, dancers and musicians for its new permanent show opening in Hawai’i next year at OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel. Interested candidates can submit their application online at casting.cirquedusoleil.com through October 27, 2023.  Auditions will be held November 6-9, 2023 for selected applicants.

Anticipated to open in late 2024, the world-renowned entertainment company’s first-ever resident show in Honolulu will fuse the iconic acrobatics and innovation that Cirque du Soleil is known for with the authenticity, natural beauty and unique culture of the islands. Native Hawaiian Aaron J. Salā, PhD has been retained as a cultural director to assist in creating this show’s storyline and name, as well as contribute to the casting process.

Cirque du Soleil now has 4,000 employees from 80 nationalities that contribute to 31 shows presented around the world and 9.5 million tickets sold annually.
